Giving To Meadowmount

There are many ways your financial contribution can be of invaluable help to Meadowmount. Here are some of the possibilities:

Sponsor a Student
There are many talented students in need of sponsorship to attend Meadowmount. To become a sponsor contact our office at (518) 962-2400. You can also contact us by email ( Sponsorship covers full tuition for a student in the amount of $8,900 for on-campus students or $6,500 for off-campus students. We will place your donation with a student showing a high level of merit and need. At the end of the summer we will send a Sponsorship Packet to you including the student’s name, biography, photograph and programs or recordings of their performances during the summer.

Sponsor a Service Scholarship Recipient
Several students are awarded service scholarships to help finance their expenses while at Meadowmount. Service Scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit to students who attend full time. We have opportunities in food service, recording, video, stage, mail, office work, snack bar, concert staffing, programs and more. Each Service Scholarship is valued at $1,000. Please contact us at (518) 962-2400 for more information about sponsoring a student.

Each year the number of students requesting financial assistance exceeds our ability to meet the demand. As a result, some truly gifted students are unable to attend Meadowmount. Please consider making a contribution to our scholarship fund. Donations are tax deductible as Meadowmount is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Sally G. Thomas Recreation Center
The new multipurpose recreational center will house a multipurpose space for student activities, classrooms, massage rooms, practice and rehearsal space. Donations for the building fund can be made through our donation button or mail a check to Meadowmount with STRC in the memo.

Fellowships have been created to help ensure that the Meadowmount School of Music’s position as the premier training ground for young artists remains unchallenged.

The funding of these awards comes from the generosity of our alumni, friends of the School and those interested in helping Meadowmount continue to attract students of exceptional talent. Endowed fellowships are funded at a level that will generate yearly fellowships in perpetuity.
